ABOUT ME

Meet Lauren

I’m the founder of UpwardMind and coaching is my calling. I’m a personal development and lifestyle coach, enabling clients to experience personal transformation and to live healthier and more impactful lives. I’ve been coaching and mentoring since 2014, and in 2023, I earned a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

I’m passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I have a Master’s Degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Washington as well as a DEI Certificate from Rutgers University. Currently, I co-lead a DEI Committee, which provides DEI content and education to an audience of over 1000 people. Learn More
